When we got to our start point, we noticed that the trail had been so well used that it was packed firm and we didn't need our snowshoes so we just hiked it in the snow. It was a lot harder than it looked since the snow was soft due to the warm temperatures and that made the hiking a bit more challenging than normal but still do-able. We had a lot of fun and always it was great to be outdoors in the sun.
In the distance, you can see Layton
With the warm temps the streams are starting to flow
No snow shoes required
This was what the scenic part of the trail looked like
This is what the rest of the trail looked like
With the warm temps, the snow is staring to melt so we took advantage of this and used the dry spot for a resting place.
